01

Information we receive

We receive information submitted through contact, registration, support, newsletter, authentication, and authorized document workflows. This can include identity and contact details, case descriptions, technical identifiers, account activity, and files you choose to provide. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details, wallet seed phrases, or private keys.

02

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, operate authenticated accounts, assess and deliver authorized services, send requested communications, protect the service, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and meet legal obligations.

03

Documents and security

Sensitive documents are stored outside the public web root and delivered through authorization checks. Access is limited by role. We use session protections, audit records, rate limits, and other safeguards, but no system can eliminate every risk.

04

Newsletters and communications

Newsletter addresses require confirmation and can be unsubscribed. Operational messages about an account, security event, or requested service may still be necessary.

05

Retention and requests

Records are retained only as operationally, contractually, or legally necessary, considering security, disputes, and audit requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
